Ingredients
- 4 oz chilled white wine (Martin's Rake Sauvignon Blanc, The Recipient Pinot Grigio, Our Daily Albarino)
- 2 oz chilled sparkling water or club soda
- 1 oz citrus (lemon or lime juice) or a splash of elderflower syrup (optional)
- Lemon/lime wedge or cucumber ribbon
- Ice
Directions

Fill a wine glass with ice.

Add wine, then top with sparkling water.

Add citrus (or elderflower) and a quick stir.

Garnish with a wedge (or cucumber).
